Just download the Membership Subscription form and enclose a check for one year annual membership fee selected as a prepayment for the third year after the SCC opening, and pledge to pay the same amount for the selected membership for the first two years after the SCC opening, payable upon the SCC opening and on the first anniversary of the SCC opening.
