2010 STUDY
Concept Completion and Cost Evaluation – October
2010
Since the Preliminary Concept Design presentation in
October, 2009, the SCC has continued studying the use of the site at the
Outdoor Pool and prepared a cost estimate of the total costs to realize the Concept
Design. In addition, the SCC prepared a
financial projection of the facility. The
